Claims for Impact or other natural damages to your home
- Please contact us on 011 955 6505 for a claim form (remember that the insured is the name in which the policy appears)
Attach the following details:
- Proof of purchase/copies of the invoices for the damaged electronic names.
- A damage report clearly stating the item.
- Cause of the damages and if they will be able to repair.
- If uneconomical to repair, we need letters from repairers stating the same.
- Quotations for the replacements or repair for the items.
- Salvage of any items (please keep these available in case the insurance company requests the same)
- Email the claim form, copies of the invoices and items requested above where applicable to Select Brokers.
- Once we have all the required documentation, an assessor will be appointed who will contact you directly to assess the claim.
Once we have received all the outstanding documents, your claim processed for finalisation.
